Wites & Rogers Law Firm (witeslaw.com) is hiring an experienced legal secretary/legal assistant. This position requires not only that you have competent skills in traditional legal secretary job duties, but that you can help attorneys stay on track, on schedule, and manage a significant case load.
Job duties include:
1. Filing and service of documents in state and federal courts;
2. Calendaring, saving documents, and maintaining files in our case management software (Presently TrialWorks, Very Soon to be Filevine);
3. Scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials; and
4. Other typical duties of a legal secretary/legal assistant

1. At least five (5) years of experience:
2. Excellent writing, spelling and grammar skills;
3. Proficiency with Florida E-Filing Portal, PACER, Outlook, Word, Adobe, and other similar programs;
4. Great organizational skills; and
5. A team player mentality.
