Position: Trusts & Estates Paralegal (with Real Estate & Guardianship Experience)

A boutique law firm in Miami is seeking a highly skilled Trusts & Estates Paralegal with experience in real estate and guardianship matters. Key Responsibilities

Draft and file probate pleadings, trust documents, guardianship petitions, and related court filings.

Assist in the administration of estates and trusts, including preparation of inventories, accountings, and correspondence with beneficiaries.

Handle guardianship proceedings, including drafting petitions, monitoring deadlines, and coordinating with courts and guardians.

Support real estate transactions related to estate matters, including preparing deeds, reviewing closing documents, and coordinating with title companies.

Manage case files and deadlines, ensuring compliance with Florida probate and guardianship rules.

Conduct legal research and maintain organized case documentation.

Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, court staff, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in trusts & estates, guardianship, and real estate.

Strong knowledge of Florida probate and guardianship rules and procedures.

Experience preparing and reviewing real estate documents (deeds, closings, property transfers).

Excellent drafting, organizational, and time-management skills.

Proficiency with legal software, Microsoft Office, and case management systems.

Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
