Position: Roofing Installer Manager

Responsibilities:
• Perform roof measurements to prepare purchase orders for material orders, take pictures of the existing roof, document preexisting issues, collect a change order for additional work not on the contract due to field measure findings, and ensure projects meet company viability criteria.
• Address and resolve issues during installation by troubleshooting and working closely with installers
• Conduct final walk throughs with homeowners to ensure projects meet both company standards
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with installers and vendors.
• Collaborate with the company to develop and implement optimal systems and practices.
