Structural Restoration Engineer
Location: Fort Myers, FL (On-site, fieldwork required)
Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 base salary
Relocation: Support available for qualified candidates

While geotechnical services remain our foundation, we are expanding into structural restoration and engineering. Role Overview
We’re seeking a mid-level Structural Restoration Engineer ready to take ownership of structural projects and grow into a leadership role. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who wants to step out of a limited role and into one with real authority, visibility, and upward mobility.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural restoration projects from assessment through execution
- Perform inspections, develop scopes, and design repair strategies
- Manage small to mid-sized projects, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with in-house geotechnical teams on integrated project delivery
- Build and expand the structural department, including future hiring
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in structural restoration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 3–5+ years of structural restoration/project management experience
- Ability to manage projects independently and deliver results
- Strong knowledge of assessments, repairs, and code compliance
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with leadership ambitions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
