About the Opportunity
Connexa Search Group partners with a variety of law firms that are continually growing their teams and rely on us to identify strong legal professionals. We support searches for administrative leaders, operational staff, attorneys, and legal support roles at firms of different sizes and practice areas.

Positions We Commonly Recruit For

  • Firm Administration / Operations: overseeing daily operations, HR coordination, process improvement, vendor management

  • Office Management: supervising front office functions, staff coordination, facilities oversight, scheduling

  • Associate Attorneys: legal research, drafting, client communication, case strategy support, courtroom preparation

  • Legal Support Roles: legal assistants, intake coordinators, file clerks, billing specialists, and other administrative positions
