PROPERTY ASSISTANT (FAU SPORTS PROPERTIES)

Playfly Sports is looking for a Property Assistant to join our team in 2025.
Objective: Property Assistant role is a rotational part time position working closely with our General Manager, Senior Sales Account Executive and Partnership Services Specialist to deliver a first-class experience for all clients and guests
DNA: The ideal Coordinator is a self-motivated hustler, problem solver, hungry and curious to learn, passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth and competitive individual who enjoys helping and making a difference with others
Must be driven and coachable to execute the Playfly Sports Properties revenue model and to understand the distinctive relationship with Florida Atlantic University Athletics, which has created a new standard in collegiate multi-media rights management landscape
You Go, We Go
- Work with the FAU Sports Partnerships team to support sales efforts and service initiatives on non-event and event days
- Prospect, research and engage new and renewal high level corporate sponsorships
- Uphold and support by example a culture of hard work, creativity – always building team belief in the revenue goal

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Assist with game day and special event operations
- Fulfillment of on and off-field/court promotions for corporate sponsors
- Internal communications with various Athletic department operations including marketing, ticket sales and event operations
- Work alongside FAU Sports Properties teammates to accomplish daily goals
- Assist in creating reports, market research and additional material to support client sales and service initiatives
- Attend team meetings when available
- Office and administrative support
- Other job-related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong time management skills
- Clear understanding of sports business landscape, specifically sponsorships and advertising
- Great teammate and willingness to help in whatever manner needed
- Reliable, organized, punctual and accountable
TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Part time hours – 15 weekly hours
- Must be able to work off-hours (weekends, evenings) as necessary related to game schedules

School credit available.
