Job Salary: 150k - 175k + Bonus + Benefits

Based in St. Petersburg, FL, we are a recognized law firm that specializes in real estate, healthcare, employment, manufacturing, construction, technology, and other industries.
Due to growth, we are seeking a Medical Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience. Must have experience defending healthcare providers in payment fraud, kickback violations, and other healthcare litigation matters.

What You Will Be Doing
- Participate in, and manage, pre-suit investigations and settlement negotiations between healthcare providers and major insurance companies.
- Defending depositions of both fact and expert witnesses, drafting high quality legal memorandums, pleadings, and motions in federal court.
- Analyze complex healthcare litigation and regulatory issues.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills
1.) 3+ years of Medical Litigation experience
2.) Experience defending healthcare providers in payment fraud, kickback violations, etc.
3.) Active State Bar license in Florida
4.) Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
