- Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse\n

- End Date: March 23, 2026\n
- Duration: 13-week nursing contract\n
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)\n
- Hours per Week: 36\n
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1840-$1980\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or compact state\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience\n
- At least 2 completed travel nurse assignments\n
- Clinical experience in L&D, postpartum, nursery, and Mother/Baby units\n
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP (AWHONN preferred; onsite completion available)\n
- Ability to float to other hospital units as needed\n
- AHCA clearance required for Florida healthcare placements\n
- Secure housing within 50 miles of the healthcare facility prior to acceptance\n
\n\nLabor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal phases\n
- Apply the nursing process in accordance with Florida Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies\n
- Demonstrate clinical judgment, critical thinking, and leadership in patient care delivery\n
- Maintain nursing competencies through ongoing education and training\n
- Delegate patient care tasks based on staff qualifications and experience\n
- Supervise and guide assigned healthcare personnel\n
- Flexibility to float to other clinical units as required by facility needs\n
