Automotive Service Manager

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and managing a team of technicians and service advisors to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the service department to achieve departmental goals and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the service team including technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate repair estimates and invoicing.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor workforce productivity and implement processes to improve service efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary components.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations within the service department.
- Stay updated on automotive technology trends and provide ongoing training opportunities for the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role in the automotive service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of automotive repairs, service operations, and dealership software systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
