Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Construction Manager to lead our construction projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, proficiency in construction software, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion, managing schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones and objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Monitor project costs, prepare financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and safety standards, including OSHA compliance.
• Lead site inspections, manage permitting processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive project efficiency.

Requirements and Skills

• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of construction management experience, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Excel.
