We are known for our top-notch litigation and trial services, providing a supportive and flexible work environment for our team. We are seeking Attorneys in the First-Party Property practice group.
About the Role
We are currently seeking Attorneys with 3-7years+ of experience working in a Trial l Firm handling insurance defense matters to join our Statewide First Party Property practice. The ideal candidates should possess strong skills in writing, oral advocacy, analysis, and research, with a preference for federal court experience. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
Responsibilities
- Handle First Party Property matters Statewide (FL).
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Provide oral advocacy in various legal settings
- Work on writing and drafting legal documents
- Must be Admitted & in good standing with the Florida Bar
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years or more experience working as a Trial Lawyer in a Defense Firm in the FPP area or alike practice.
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to conduct legal research and analysis
