Overview:

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily implementation of enrichment activities, planning the educational curriculum, and aligning daily lessons with the day-school curriculum. This role involves monitoring effective learning experiences, fostering relationships within the school community, managing student data, and ensuring accurate reporting. The Site Manager will lead a team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Management:
    • Support in hiring, training, and motivating staff to maintain a high-performance team.
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
    • Lead large group discussions to address questions and remedy complaints.
  2. Program Planning and Coordination:
    • Plan and coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with the day-school curriculum.
    • Develop and implement daily lessons and enrichment activities.
    • Foster relationships with school community members to enhance student learning opportunities.
  3. Data Management:
    • Collect, upload, and organize student data in the reporting system.
    • Ensure all data is accurate and properly organized.
    • Analyze data and present findings to management for continuous improvement.
  4. Communication and Team Building:
    • Create and nurture effective communication within the organization.
    • Build a strong team through open communication and collaborative decision-making.
    • Address and resolve parent and staff questions or concerns with a pleasant and accommodating demeanor.
  5. Operational Oversight:
    • Ensure the proper use of supplies and technology, including overseeing inventory checks.
    • Keep up-to-date records and logs in all internal and external portals.
    • Record data points for all internal and external portals accurately.
  6. Behavioral Support:
    • Coordinate behavior intervention and support for students.
    • Implement strategies to support positive student behavior and address issues as they arise.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the program and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in educational program management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of educational curriculum and enrichment activities.
