Job Title: Guest Services Access Attendant
Location: Private Adult Lifestyle Resort
Position Type: Part-Time (with potential for additional hours)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and professional Guest Services Access Attendant to staff the main poolside entrance at our private adult lifestyle resort. This position plays a key role in ensuring guest safety, privacy, and compliance with resort policies. The ideal candidate is observant, courteous, and comfortable working in an adult-oriented environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Stationed at the main poolside entrance gate to monitor and control guest entry- Verifying guest entry bands, ensuring correct usage for day and night access
- Checking guest bags to ensure no outside food or alcohol enters the courtyard
- Ensuring that only authorized guests are permitted on the property
- Communicating promptly and effectively with security regarding any unauthorized guests or concerns
- Maintaining a professional, discreet, and welcoming presence at all times
Schedule
The standard schedule consists of:
Tuesday: Night shift
Thursday: Day shift
Friday: Day shift
Saturday: Day shift
Sunday: Day shift
Additional or extended shifts, including nights, may be required based on hotel occupancy, special events, or operational needs.
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
- Ability to enforce policies calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in an adult lifestyle resort environment
- Some knowledge of security procedures or prior security/guest access experience preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or access control is a plus
Work Environment
This position is primarily outdoors at the poolside entrance and requires prolonged sitting and sustained alertness throughout the shift.
