Job DescriptionMaintenance Leader (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee daily equipment reliability and performance for a high-speed production line. This role is perfect for someone with strong maintenance team leadership experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on operations. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Lead, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities across a dedicated production line</li>
<li>Supervise maintenance techs, review work orders, and ensure timely issue resolution</li>
<li>Drive preventive and autonomous maintenance strategies (PM, AM, CIL, CL, BDE)</li>
<li>Collaborate with Production Line Leader and Process Engineer as part of a line leadership team</li>
<li>Analyze downtime trends and recommend improvements based on data and KPIs</li>
<li>Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met</li>
</ul>
 QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>Experience supervising maintenance teams in beverage, food, or CPG manufacturing</li>
<li>Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance systems</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead in high-speed, continuous operations</li>
<li>Familiar with CMMS, root cause analysis, and equipment documentation</li>
<li>Strong communication, planning, and cross-functional leadership skills</li>
