Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting serving diverse student populations. This contract role offers hands-on experience working directly in schools located in Naples, FL, with assignments across multiple nearby locations, including some in the East Zone and Lehigh Acres area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school policies.
- Supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed.
- Adapt interventions based on student needs to support their educational success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Florida teaching certification or licensure in speech-language pathology.
- Certification as SLP-CCC or currently in Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) status.
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in multiple school locations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to cover caseloads that may vary by assignment.
Location and Schedule:
- On-site position based in Naples, FL with opportunities in surrounding school districts.
- Full-time hours at 37.5 per week; part-time may be considered.
- Contract duration: January 5, 2026 June 1, 2026.
