Weekend Caregiver / HHA / CNA Part-Time (Lee & Collier County, FL)

McKenney Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Weekend Caregivers to provide exceptional one-on-one support to clients throughout Lee and Collier County, FL. Position Details
Schedule: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday; flexible day and evening shifts available)
Locations: Lee County & Collier County (Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Part-Time / Weekend
What Youll Do
As a valued member of our home care team, youll help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support
- Providing companionship and emotional support, including to clients with dementia or memory care needs
- Preparing meals and supporting clients with nutrition and hydration
- Offering medication reminders (no medication administration required)
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in client health or behavior
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
- Reliable, compassionate, and attentive to detail
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- CPR certification (or willingness to complete)
- TB test within the last 6 months (or willingness to complete)
- AHCA Level 2 background screening (or willingness to complete)
