What You’ll Do
As a Property Management Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to key projects. Responsibilities may include:
- Property Operations: Assist in resident communications, lease administration, maintenance work orders and property inspections.
- Event Planning: Support planning and execution of resident events to foster community engagement.
- Marketing and Social Media: Help create content, post updates, and promote properties through digital platforms.
- Administrative Support: Organize and maintain records, process applications, and handle inquiries.
- Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing vendor relationships and scheduling maintenance services.
- Research and Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor data to support leasing strategies.

Requirements:
We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute. Ideal candidates have:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a college/university program related to Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a similar field.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attitude: Positive, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms is a plus.
