• Translate business goals into clear website structure, navigation, and user flows

• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and SEO specialists

• Provide clear directions and feedback to ensure the site is intuitive, modern, and

conversion-focused

• Review layouts, wireframes, and page designs for usability, clarity, and consistency

• Ensure best practices for UX/UI, accessibility, and performance are followed

• Partner with SEO to align site structure, content placement, and technical elements

with search strategy

• Test site functionality, user experience, and responsiveness across devices

• Identify issues early and drive solutions no hand-holding required

• Own timelines, priorities, and deliverables related to the website build

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading or heavily contributing to website builds from scratch

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user behavior

• High level of web and technical literacy (you don’t need to code, but you need to

• Ability to give clear, actionable direction and feedback

• Strong attention to detail with a high bar for quality and polish

• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and deadlines

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Web flow, Shopify, or similar)

• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and technical SEO considerations

• Experience in brand-driven or growth-focused website projects

• Background in digital marketing, product, or web project management
