Key Responsibilities:Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake inspections, and battery replacements.Vehicle Inspections: Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently.Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced correctly and efficiently.Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Documentation: Accurately document all work performed, including services completed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.Team Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to explain the services performed and answer any questions they may have.
Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.Technical Skills: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and diagnostic equipment.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure all services are completed to the highest standard.Work Ethic: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
