We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist CFY to support two skilled nursing and rehab facilities in
Lehigh Acres and Port Charlotte, FL. This full-time role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced SLPs,

• Provide evaluations and treatments for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized plans, collaborate with healthcare teams, and document progress.
• Participate in team meetings, discharge planning, and family education.
