Project Coordinator - Boutique Luxury Construction We are a premier residential pool construction firm specializing in high-end projects across South Florida’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Backed by over 20 years of local industry expertise, we are entering a major growth phase and need a sharp, proactive Project Coordinator to serve as the "engine" of our office operations. This is a high-impact position where you will own the administrative and permitting lifecycle for our project pipeline. We are looking for a bilingual professional who knows how to navigate the South Florida municipal landscape and isn't afraid to "pick up the phone" to keep things moving. What You’ll Do - Permit Management: Navigate digital e-portals (including Miami-Dade, Pinecrest, and other local municipalities) to ensure timely submittals and approvals. Municipal Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for building departments, proactively following up on reviews and resolving roadblocks. Business Support: Organize project documentation, subcontractor quotes, and assist in assembling professional proposals for high-net-worth clients. Project Tracking: Maintain accurate project files, monitor timelines, and track milestone payments to ensure smooth operations. What We’re Looking For - 2+ Years of Construction Experience: Proven experience with South Florida permitting (ideally in pools, roofing, or specialized trades). Bilingual (English/Spanish): Must be fluent in both languages to communicate effectively with city officials and field crews. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital permit portals and standard office tools like Excel. The "Nudge" Mentality: You don't just wait for emails; you are proactive and persistent in moving projects through the city system. The Perks - Salary: $48,000 – $58,000 (Based on experience).
