Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a 4-6 years' experienced Business Litigation Associate to join their Business Litigation practice in Palm Beach.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop case strategies and conduct thorough legal research.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and all discovery requests/responses.

Manage and oversee all aspects of electronic discovery.
-
Handle and prepare for depositions, including expert witnesses.

Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials when required.
Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school.
-
4-6 years of commercial business litigation experience.
-
Strong academic credentials.
-
Admission to at least one federal court.

Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $130,000-$155,000 based on experience.
