Open Roles:
🔹 Sewing Department
🔹 Mattress Build Team
🔹 Material Handling
What You’ll Be Doing:
Depending on your department, you’ll be:
Sewing: Operate industrial sewing machines, stitch fabrics, and cut materials with precision.
Loading: Assisting in loading around the facility and packing
Receiving: Unloading and Inspecting
You’ll also:
- Inspect products for quality
- Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Rotate tasks to build new skills
What You Bring:
- 1+ year of experience with hand tools, warehouse, or manufacturing work
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift throughout your shift
- High school diploma or GED
- Bonus: Experience with sewing machines or quality control

Work Environment:
- Clean, safe, and fast-paced facility
- Monday–Friday schedule (occasional Saturdays)

- Physical work with exposure to noise, heat, and some chemicals

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
