HVAC Installer – Fort Pierce, FL

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our residential team in Fort Pierce. You’ll install and replace heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with a focus on quality work, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Install and replace residential HVAC systems with precision and code compliance
- Set up job sites, use hand and power tools safely, and complete installation checklists
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain system maintenance benefits
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure systems start up properly
- Keep inventory organized and work independently or as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have your own tools and pass a drug screening
- Dependable, honest, and customer-focused
Pay: $23–$27/hour + commissions and daily performance bonuses
