We are looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team of a Home Health Agency!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information for clients and caregivers
  • Plan schedules, direct incoming calls and assist with care client home assessments
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team such as the Administrator
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication with RN and Administrator
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, errands, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in home health or healthcare
  • Knowledge of Wellsky PC
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
