 Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual, friendly, service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team. You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, collect payment information, and process insurance verifications. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities

Qualifications

<li>Two or more years of experience as a medical front desk receptionist</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and positive attitude</li>
<li>Familiar with medical insurance verifications/ authorizations process/ procedures</li>
<li>Excellent multi-tasking skills</li>
