Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clients to drive sales.
  • Build relationships with clients to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their housing needs and showcase properties that meet those needs.
  • Host open houses to promote agency listings.
  • Manage all aspects from listing to closing to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
  • Attract prospective clients to foster new business opportunities.
  • Utilize local knowledge of the community and market conditions to address inquiries about potential homes, comparable properties, and the neighborhood.


Qualifications:


  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Technologically proficient.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this role; assistance is available for obtaining one!
