Engineering Coordinator

The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities related to engineering projects, ensuring that objectives, deadlines, and quality standards are met.

Plan, Execute the pre- and post- phases of engineering projects, ensuring that established objectives and deadlines are met. Including scheduling, post engineering and testing.

Ensure the engineering processes comply with quality standards and applicable regulations.

Conduct periodic audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinates with Senior Field Engineers to maintain inventory levels as well coordinate POs and reviews invoices for the engineering department in the state of Florida.

Plans, schedules, assigns and performs traffic study data collection, analysis and reporting in coordination with the Field Engineering Team or external personnel.

,Schedules the lidar and radar devices are calibrated annually and that all records are properly maintained and recorded in the control system.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of engineering projects.

Electrical troubleshooting and theory. Including digital voltohmeter.

Propose and implement innovative solutions and technologies to optimize processes of the database.

Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks.

Follows company safety protocols and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or Associate Degree (Preferred but not required).

3-5 years of office managing and/or administrative experience,

Combination of education and experience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
