Job Summary

The Maintenance Crew Member will be responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance tasks at residential and/or commercial properties. This position requires physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Maintain landscaped areas by weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting as needed
• Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Assist with clean-up and debris removal at job sites
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently
• Communicate respectfully with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
