Salary: $60,000 to $75,000 B.O.E

About the Role

ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with Malpractice or Personal Injury experience to join our client's growing legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all aspects of case management, document preparation, client communication, and administrative coordination. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.

  • Manage case files, maintain calendars, and track important deadlines.

  • Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of case materials.

  • File and organize pleadings and discovery documents in physical and digital systems.

  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.

  • Schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions for attorneys.

  • Support attorneys during trial preparation and proceedings.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with firm policies and legal standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Paralegal preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    • High attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
