GREAT OPPORTUNITY for EXP Hi-Rise Luxury Property Manager!

The Property Manager is responsible for the full management of the community; managing all aspects from team leadership, vendor management, preventative maintenance of the building as a whole, and enhancing the life of all who live here. The primary role of the Property Manager is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals and visions for the community. The Manager is responsible for managing the staff being involved with staff daily basis as well as, overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws.

The Property Manager must be a licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida.

Compensation: Up to $135K DOE.
