POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Database Engineer provides critical support for the PoC environments (DEV, TEST, POC, PROD). This role manages data pipelines, oversees ETL processes, and performs performance tuning to ensure efficiency at scale. The DBA ensures database security through encryption, fine-grained access controls, and continuous monitoring in compliance with HIPAA/PII, FERPA, and CIJS standards. Applying CMMI-3 Configuration Management (CM) practices, the DBA maintains environment consistency and audit-ready documentation. This role ensures that the PoC operates reliably across all phases of execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must demonstrate expertise in technology and data analytics projects for local, state, military, and/or federal government.
