• The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk
• This role is crucial in managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate medical records within a dental or medical office environment

• Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
• Provide support for dental or medical staff as needed, including coordinating with other departments
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations regarding patient information
