Your tasks
Mareleng Inc is seeking an experienced Onsite IT Technician to join our team.
As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our in-house team and our overseas offices remotely, also supporting our technicians as they travel globally. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in-house to our team and remotely to our overseas offices.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware / software systems and licenses
- Maintain in house network and wifi
- Maintain accurate records of software, licenses, repairs, inventory, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, and management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Desktop Technician
- Technical certifications such as A+ and Network+ are preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, and various software applications.
- Knowledge of working with cloud based servers
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed.
