LHH is seeking a highly experienced and strategic legal professional to serve as a Partner Level Interim Attorney. This opportunity is for an amazing client in Fort Lauderdale. This role is ideal for a senior attorney with deep subject matter expertise who can step into a leadership position on a temporary basis to manage complex legal matters, oversee teams, and contribute to firm strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of client service, litigation or transactional excellence, and the ability to lead high-stakes legal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex legal cases or transactions across practice areas.

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate high-level legal documents and contracts.

  • Represent the firm or clients in negotiations, mediations, or court proceedings.

  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.

  • Collaborate with firm leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Active license to practice law in Florida.

  • 10+ years of legal experience, preferably with prior partner or senior counsel experience.

  • Proven ability to manage complex legal matters independently.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.



Pay Details: $81.00 to $90.00 per hour
