LHH is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Jacksonville, FL, specializing in personal injury cases, including slip and fall litigation. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal with at least 3 years of experience to bring their expertise to a fast-paced legal team and make a direct impact on case outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation from intake through trial

Draft and respond to discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, and settlement documents

Organize and analyze medical records, billing statements, and case evidence

Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court hearings

Conduct legal research and assist with trial prep

Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules

Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, and expert witnesses
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law

Strong understanding of Florida civil litigation procedures

Demonstrated experience managing slip and fall or premises liability cases

Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Excellent communication and writing skills
-
Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
