LHH is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Jacksonville, FL, specializing in personal injury cases, including slip and fall litigation. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal with at least 3 years of experience to bring their expertise to a fast-paced legal team and make a direct impact on case outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation from intake through trial

  • Draft and respond to discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, and settlement documents

  • Organize and analyze medical records, billing statements, and case evidence

  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court hearings

  • Conduct legal research and assist with trial prep

  • Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules

  • Liaise with clients, insurance adjusters, and expert witnesses

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on personal injury law

  • Strong understanding of Florida civil litigation procedures

  • Demonstrated experience managing slip and fall or premises liability cases

  • Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
