SAP CRM Techno-functional Consultant

Remote (Onsite - alternate week, expense paid for travel)
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM and a passion for delivering innovative solutions
- We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM consultant to lead our client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
- This role focuses on providing consulting services for SAP CRM applications, analysing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support
- Experience in ABAP interfaces, Webservices, Middleware preferred
- Maintain and enhance CRM middleware, including debugging of queues and BDOCs
- Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms related to SAP CRM
- Participate in integration efforts using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting within SAP CRM and connected systems
- Ensure transport requests comply with coding standards and change management procedures
- Prepare technical documentation for developed CRM objects and interfaces
- Support unit and integration testing cycles with thorough issue resolution
- Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of CRM solutions
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with peers
