Welcome to Choices, Chances, Changes! We are a mental/substance abuse outpatient treatment facility. Our primary purpose is to provide a safe, non-judgmental forum in order to reduce resistance where cognitive behavioral interventions, reviews, and appropriate behaviors can be implemented; to raise a coordinated community response toward prevention of relapse and/or recidivism; and to nurture solutions encompassed within the constructs of Choices, Chances, Changes programs.

We offer comprehensive services through our clinical team. We provide ongoing learning opportunities, as well as options to progress within the field in various interest areas.

Choices, Chances, Changes is hiring a Therapist (SW, MFT, or MHC) to join our rapidly growing team.

Qualifications

• Professional License in Florida for LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Master's Degree experience in Marriage/Family Therapy (MFT), Social Work (SW), or Mental Health Counselor (MHC)
• Masters degree from an accredited university or professional school of Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy
• We cannot accept Associates or Intern Therapists for the position, but do allow applications for unpaid field experience opportunities while working on your Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Individual, couples, groups, evaluations, and family therapy
• Availability for full-time clinical position, including meeting attendance as needed
• Monday - Thursday, semi-flexible schedule
• No required work on weekends
• Create comprehensive therapeutic assessments and treatment planning with proper documentation, discharge reports, lesson plans for groups
• Contribute and Learn in Clinical Consultation Groups with other therapists from the program and company-wide
• Attend exciting weekly Company-Wide Announcement Meetings

Compensation

• Salary or hourly position, pay based upon credentials, placement, and experience
