Atlas Marine Group is seeking two motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Helpers for our tank washing and abrasive blasting operations inside marine vessels. This is a hands-on, full-time position with long-term growth potential within a leading company specializing in the maintenance and refurbishment of marine vessels.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with tank washing, abrasive blasting, and surface preparation inside marine vessels

• Support setup, containment, and cleanup of job sites

• Operate abrasive blasting, dust collection and high-pressure painting equipment

• Follow company safety procedures and worksite protocols at all times

• Learn and grow into higher-skilled roles with training and experience

Requirements

• Must speak, read, and write English fluently (Spanish Bilingual is a plus)

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a fast learner

• Comfortable working in confined spaces and physically demanding environments
