We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to join our growing practice as an Independent Contractor. The Licensed Therapist will work with individuals, couples, and families to provide therapy and support tailored to their unique needs. This role is ideal for professionals who want flexible scheduling and autonomy in their practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify mental health needs.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients dealing with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and other behavioral and emotional issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, setting goals and interventions to support clients in recovery and well-being.
- Coordinate care by connecting clients with additional resources, community services, or referrals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.
- Offer immediate support in crisis situations, including assessing safety and providing interventions to stabilize clients.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including doctors, counselors, and educators, to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and workshops to stay current with developments in clinical social and mental health practices.
- Adhere to professional ethical standards, state and federal regulations, and organizational policies to maintain confidentiality, respect client autonomy, and ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) in the state of Florida, required
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited university, required
- Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, required
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule and comfortable using EHR systems
- Reliable HIPAA-compliant internet connection and device, required
- Strong communication and organizational skills, required
- Professional liability malpractice Insurance required

Pay:
Range from $50 to $70 per hour
