We are Hiring! We are Loveland Electric II, LLC, one of the top Electrical Contractors in South Florida!

We have immediate opportunity for experienced Electrical Superintendent for an Industrial project in Tarpon Springs, FL.!

This full-time working Superintendent will report to the Project Manager and oversee a crew up to 5-6. This position requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Electrical Trade and extensive knowledge of the National Electric Code and its applications, must have 5-6 years in a Supervisory role, managing med-large size projects. You must have solid leadership skills and communication skills.

We are excited to offer:

· Competitive Compensation Package! ($40.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience.)

Weekly Pay.

· Health/Dental/ Vision Insurance offered after 60 days of Employment.

· After 90 days of Employment: *6 Paid Holidays

· Vacation Pay: 1 week pay for Vacation after 1 year of employment, 2 week’s pay for Vacation after 3 years of employment.

· A Monthly Vehicle Allowance/ Gas Card.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all electrical operations and crew onsite.
  • Coordinate manpower and quality control.
  • Schedule on-site personnel and production.
  • Generate weekly forecast to plan for material and manpower needs.
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with office personnel, general contractors and electrical inspectors.
  • Attend weekly meetings with Project Manager & General Contractor.
  • Material planning and procurement.
  • Implement and monitor company safety policies and procedures.
  • Submit daily reports. (Software: PROCORE)
  • Submit weekly payroll hours. (Software: PROCORE)

Skills Required:

  • Must be able to read and adhere to plans and specifications.
  • Must possess strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to problem solve.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have basic Computer Skills

Qualifications:

  • An active Electrical Journeymen's or Masters License is preferred, but not required.
  • Industrial experience is a plus.
  • Min of 15 years in the Electrical Trade and 5-6 years in a Supervisory role.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of National Electric Code and its applications.
  • Must have valid drivers’ license with insurance acceptable history.
  • Must be able to pass a Drug Screen.
