We are seeking an AUTO ACCESSORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers to identify vehicle customization and accessory needs

• Recommend and sell automotive accessories such as wheels, tires, electronics, protection packages, performance upgrades, and appearance enhancements

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and warranties clearly and accurately

• Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure proper documentation

• Coordinate with service and installation teams to schedule accessory installations

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accessory products, trends, and promotions

• Meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before and after the sale

• Maintain a clean, organized showroom or display area

• Follow dealership/company policies and compliance standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)

• Previous sales experience required; automotive or accessory sales preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for automotive products

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale or CRM systems

• Valid driver’s license (if required by employer)
