About the Role
We’re looking for a Broadcast Systems Support Engineer — someone who thrives on variety, precision, and curiosity. You’ll balance technical stability with analytical problem-solving, keeping systems reliable while finding smarter ways to build and improve them. Some days you’ll troubleshoot issues or standardize workflows; others, you’ll test new tech, design solutions, or travel on-site to deploy them. We're looking for someone who logically and methodically works through challenges , and is creative enough to find improved solutions to best serve our client base.
This is not a passive role. If you’re the kind of person who sees a process and instantly thinks of three ways to make it better, this is your playground.
What You’ll Do
- Keep systems, networks, and equipment running smoothly — and make them better in the process.
- Design, test, and document new technical solutions that improve reliability and efficiency.
- Support both in-office operations and occasional field projects around the country.
- Explore and pilot new technologies that advance how we deliver broadcast and media systems.
- Create and manage documentation and standards that make innovation repeatable and sustainable.
- Collaborate across departments to translate messy real-world challenges into elegant technical solutions.

Compensation
$55,000 – $70,000/year, dependent on experience.
Paid holidays, 2 weeks of PTO, 1 week of sick time, and health benefits are available.
Includes travel opportunities, ongoing training, and exposure to emerging technologies.

You'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients, occasionally travel, attend national trade shows, and work both independently and with a team of dedicated colleagues.
