Job Summary
Primetone is a fast-growing company in the property restoration, maintenance, and renovation industry, and we are seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team. This position supports a wide range of services, including restoration emergency services, apartment renovations, monthly hallway and common-area painting, CAPEX projects, turf replacement and installation, flooring and carpet installation, window installation and waterproofing, glass and shower door replacement, concrete maintenance, carpentry, reglazing, HVAC-related work, and general handyman services.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple project types while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Perform apartment renovations and unit turns
- Complete monthly painting for property management (PM) and building hallways
- Support CAPEX projects as assigned
- Install and replace turf (artificial or natural)
- Paint common areas and building interiors/exteriors
- Install and replace flooring, including carpet installation and removal
- Perform window installation, replacement, and waterproofing
- Glass installation and replacement
- Shower door installation and replacement
- Concrete repair and maintenance
- General carpentry work
- Reglazing services
- Assist with basic HVAC-related tasks (as applicable)
- General handyman and maintenance services as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction-related work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Job Type

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
- Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom
- HVAC Certified (optional based on need)
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
