Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Advising clients on compliance with wage & hour and workplace regulations

Handling administrative actions

Supporting employment litigation and arbitrations, including:

Drafting pleadings and motions

Preparing and responding to discovery

Assisting with trials and arbitrations

Qualifications:
-
3-4 years litigation experience (law firm setting)

Strong academic credentials + excellent writing skills
-
Florida Bar admission preferred
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently + collaboratively

Client-service mindset in a fast-paced environment

Labor & Employment experience is required.

Prior exposure to employment-related matters and familiarity with laws such as FLSA, ERISA, COBRA, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, and Title VII is preferred (but not required).
