Our projects mainly consist of new construction, remodeling, and additions. Been a Revit Expertise is essential and having experience with Florida building codes.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and design.
- Preparing architectural and construction documents for commercial and residential projects.
- Create detailed designs in 3D and 2D with Revit software.
- Design diagrams and details
- Draft Cover Sheets, Proposal Plans/Elevations, Foundation Plans, Structural Plans, MEP Plans, Roof Structure Plans, and others.
- Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team
- Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality (addressing deficiencies stated from county)
- Ensure final designs comply with our quality standards and the Florida Building Code from counties or cities.
- Keep communication with counties and cities to resolve any deficiencies on the projects.
Skills
- A dedication to integrity
- 2+ years of work experience as a Drafter or similar role (Required)
- Produce construction documents
- Background working with Florida building codes
- Hands-on experience with Revit (Required)
- Rendering experience is a plus: Lumion, V-Ray, Maxwell, Twin motion.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools preferred
- Excellent math skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and with a team.
- Detail-oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter.
