As a Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure peak performance. This isn’t just about fixing equipment — it’s about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems
- Perform start-ups and preventive maintenance on equipment from leading brands
- Use Mobile-Tech to document service activities, including work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency with every job
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- Age: 18 years or older
- Driver’s License: Valid with a clean driving record
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree from an HVAC trade school or 5+ years of related experience preferred
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency required
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems
- Certification: Universal EPA Certification required
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional image and strong customer service skills
- Flexibility: Availability for overtime and some weekends as needed
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with air/water cooled chillers is a plus
