The Role
- Provide comprehensive care: crowns, bridges, implants (placement and restoration), endo, grafting, and cosmetics.
- Lead treatment planning and patient education with empathy and excellence.
- Collaborate with team members to elevate the standard of care.
- Help shape the future of the practiceboth clinically and operationallyas we transition to new leadership over time.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Florida license in good standing
- Strong communication and leadership skillsable to connect with both staff and patients
- Proficiency in digital dentistry and restorative techniques
- A calm, professional demeanor when operational or technical issues arise
- Desire for long-term growth and potential ownership
