Position: Vascular Imaging / Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (Part-Time)
Location: Mobile / On the road (South Florida)
Pay: $32.00 - $55.00 / hour
Role Summary:
Join our diagnostic and procedural team as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist. In this role, you will perform vascular ultrasound and duplex imaging, conduct pre-procedure screenings (including Genicular Artery Embolization and Uterine Fibroid Embolization), support physicians with treatment planning, and monitor patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive vascular assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform ultrasound/duplex vascular scans with accuracy
-Conduct Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) studies
-Screen patients pre-procedure for GAE and UFE
-Evaluate and follow up on patients undergoing embolization procedures
-Assess patients for Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) as part of intervention planning
-Recognize vascular pathology and communicate findings effectively to the team
-Use EMR and PACS systems efficiently to document results and support workflow
Qualifications:
-Certification in Vascular Technology (RVT or RVS) through ARDMS, CCI, or equivalent
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in vascular ultrasound or interventional radiology settings
-Prior experience with pre-operative screening for embolization and PAD desirable
-Strong ability to identify pathology and present findings clearly
-Comfortable working with EMR / PACS systems

Schedule & Type:
-Part-time role
-Flexible shifts: 4-hour or 8-hour shifts; weekends as needed
-Some travel required (“on the road” setup)
