Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal – South Florida Expansion!!
Robert Half is partnering with a well-established, multi-state law firm that is expanding into South Florida. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and litigation support to 2–3 attorneys. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in launching a new office.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have large law firm experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Bilingual Spanish and 5–7 years of litigation and corporate law experience are required.
Position Details:
- Location: In-office 4 days per week
- Salary: $75K–$85K DOE + benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, and format pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and track court deadlines
- Handle state and federal court filings (e-filing and paper as needed)
- Maintain case files, organize exhibits, and assist with trial preparation
- Draft correspondence and engagement letters
- Coordinate document production, including bates labeling and organizing discovery materials
- Assist with billing, time entry, and invoice review
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Provide general administrative support, including travel arrangements and expense reports
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support within a large law firm.
• Comprehensive understanding of litigation procedures and court rules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and litigation support software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
